This family had expansion plans. With one busy child, one of the way and another planned there was a real need for more space on the ground floor of the home.
Our solution was not only to create more room on the ground floor, but also open up more space throughout the house. We put to use the loft and created an en suite for one of the bedrooms. We also developed a rear extension to form a large open plan kitchen, dining and living area.
The whole family are now enjoying a spacious, flexible and highly desirable 21st century home, easily adaptable to their changing needs.
